Bottles entering the machine are transferred to the turret star wheel where they are placed in the star wheel pockets to precisely align them underneath the capping heads. The rotating head with the cap descends onto the bottle and applies the cap with the desired torque.

This machine is designed to streamline the packaging process by automating the cap application step, which reduces manual labor and increases production efficiency. The machine consists of a single pressing head that is equipped with a gripping mechanism to securely hold the caps.
