Description

The Automatic Horizontal & Top Labelling Machine labels the top surface of boxes and bottles at high speed. It fixes a self adhesive label to the upper side of each container while the line moves. Output ranges from forty to eighty bottles every minute plus the rate stays steady. A single phase 220 V motor drives the unit - power use remains low and stable. After the operator places containers in the infeed, the machine feeds, separates, labels but also discharges with no further action. Flat and round bottles all pass through the same head - no parts need exchange.
