Description

The Automatic Sticker Labelling Machine has been crafted to label stickers with utmost accuracy and at a very high speed, specifically for the packaging operations in the industry. Its most notable feature is the fully automated working capability with the pressing device running at 0.25 HP, 220V/50 Hz while the conveyor motor runs at 0.50 HP, 415V/50 Hz to ensure a continuous and effective production line. Machine is capable of handling 3600 to 9000 items per hour, which can meet the needs of medium to large scale production. Besides, it supports labels within the size range of 30-180 mm in length and 16-100 mm in height, providing opportunities for different types of packaging. For the control of adhesive tapes, the machine is supported by a 6V DC stepper motor that helps to provide pinpoint accuracy even with continuous labelling. The machine conveyor can be set to either 860 mm or 910 mm height, whichever is more comfortable from an ergonomic standpoint. It is made to be very trustworthy and extremely sturdy, leading to reduced need of human intervention and an uninterrupted label quality.
